Practitioners performing these types of evaluations may vary in their fees. However, the quality of service varies as well.
Our fees start at $997, and we offer payment plans.
We are an out-of-network provider.
What does that mean?
It means we have insurance billers on staff who will verify your insurance even before a consultation. Hence, you have an estimate for the total cost. We will also courtesy bill on your behalf so you can receive reimbursement.
